Spyderco sure knows how to to the HT spot on!

Some info:

Edge measured before sharpening = 20.85 degrees per side. (I am guessing you use the Spyderco Sharpmaker, & if not, then your free handing is quite consistent).

Edge was somewhat miss-aligned, off center, with slight over grind at the heel - highlighted by the precise EP Pro bevel formation - I fixed that.

I straightened the edge to 19 degrees per side & gave it a 16k micro bevel at 20 degrees per side....barely visible to the naked eye - the cutting effect should thus perform at least 5% better & be more durable, as well as easier to sharpen/maintain.

If you are good, very good, you could use it simultaneously as a mirror and shave with it......... :stunned::stunned::stunned:

Gotto just love the PM2 blade profile!!
